1. Sleep less.

  •  Need more than 6 hours sleep to maintain an excellent state of health.
  • we need good quantity of sleep
  • if you sleep in such a quantity of sleep then you get 30hours extra per month to spend on your hobbies.

2. Set aside one hour daily.

  • In your planning include 1 hour for your personal development activities daily.
  • Exercise, Meditation, Yoga, Reading, listen to music will make your day better.

3. Best use of my time.

  1. Everyday ask yourself a question 'whatever you are doing now is the best use of your time.?'
  2. Time management is much important to manage your personal life, professional life and own time for your self.

5. Collect ideas.

  • we get many ideas in a day.
  • Collect your ideas daily write in a notepad or laptop and review ideas time to time.

6. Plan your week.

  • Sunday evening should be planner time. You must plan your week every Sunday evening. 
  • Use this time to plan your week including books, music, learning new things that moves you one step ahead towards your goal.
  • Review your plan daily.

7. Quality of communication.

  • Communication plays a vital role in our life. It it important how you communicate with others and how you communicate with yourself. 
  • What you focus on is what you get.
