  • To get relief from pain read books, listen to music, do some exercise. 

Concentration Exercise

  • Concentrate on anything for example tree, board, hand etc for 2 minute without thing anything else.
  • Make this exercise as a habit.
  • This will improve your will power, attention.

  • Daily upgrade your skills like, reading, communication, writing, etc.
  • Challenge yourself daily based on your skills to build confidence.
